How long have you been breastfeeding? or How long did you breastfeed?

Marcus is only 1 month old but all of my babies were breastfed and the longest I have gone is 5 years – twice.

Why did you choose to breastfeed?

I didn’t feel there was any other choice. I wanted a baby at the breast, just because I wanted it, not because it was the best way or because someone told me to. I did it because I love holding my babies. And because it makes them happy.

What do you love about breastfeeding?

Holding babies! And also the bond that I create with these children. These children are so sweet and loving. I love kissing little babyheads!
